At Juicdupent, we are committed to providing high-quality custom sportswear and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since most of our products are made according to customer requirements, we follow specific return and refund guidelines.

Custom Products

All custom-made uniforms, teamwear, and personalized products (including custom logos, names, numbers, colors, and designs) are produced specifically for each customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for a return if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product, size, or design was delivered due to our mistake
• The product does not match the approved design specifications

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized uniforms or apparel without defects
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Orders approved by the customer before production

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement of the product
• Correction of the order
• Partial or full refund depending on the situation

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted due to the customized nature of our products.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that have manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered from our side.

Size exchanges are not available for custom products if the size was approved by the customer before production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days and provide:

• Order details
• Photos/videos of the product
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist you with the best possible solution.
